Apply to damp clean skin, spray lightly over face and neck.
Second step of your routine AM and PM.
Follow up with your preferred serum or treatment oil. Can also be used as a refresher mist throughout the day.
Avoid contact with eyes. Avoid or protect from UV exposure during use.
Our team will ship your order within 3-5 business days. The time it takes to receive your order depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please be mindful as it is the holiday peak season, some shipments will take longer than usual to receive.
Free Standard Shipping is offered on orders $75+ after discounts.
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days using the United States Postal Service (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business week. In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday.
We kindly ask that you anticipate 2-3 days of processing your order and 3-7 business days for standard shipping once processed (depending on your shipping address). If the product is out of stock by the time of order process, please allow 5-10 business days for products to be processed and shipped out. If you are not wanting to wait, you will be given the option for a full refund and then will be notified when items are back in stock. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.
Terms of Delivery
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the shipping provider. Gleaux Fresh Skin, LLC is not responsible for packages that are delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state "delivered".
Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Please review your order for accuracy. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of the order at your convenience. Should you have any questions about your order status, please email us.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. All international customs, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer. The cost will vary by value and country, so please be aware of what to expect before purchasing. Refunds are not given if a package is refused due to customs fees or any other reason.

Most sales are final unless a mistake or error occurred on the part of Gleaux Fresh Skin & Beaute'. Promotional items and apparel can be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.
Due to the nature of our skin, body and beauty products, we are unable to accept most returned items. If there’s an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, we will happily work with you to find a solution and advise next steps.
No returns will be provided or discounts will be provided for missed sales or expired coupon codes.
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part, there's a re-shipping fee that will be charged in order for us to reship your order. So do please check the address before completing your purchase.
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. You will be asked to send photos of the damaged item or packages, so please do not discard. Upon review, we will ship out a replacement item for you priority mail at no additional charge.
