Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (this does not include weekends and holidays).
- During high-demand periods like sales, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be extended by an additional 2-4 business days. We appreciate your patience!
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-3 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control, especially during peak seasons.
International Shipping
- Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations soon. Stay tuned!
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey right to your door.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at customerservice@gleauxfresh.com. We’ll do our best to update your address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.
Missing or Delayed Packages
- If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 24-48 hours as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before they actually arrive.
- For missing packages or delivery issues, please reach out to us at customerservice@gleauxfresh.com. We’ll work with you to aid in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
- We strive to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at customerservice@gleauxfresh.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right!
Shipping Exclusions
- We currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States, Canada or Mexico.
